To deliver our specialized engineering services, we utilize technical capacities at our locations in Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE):

As there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for these countries, we ensure a level of data protection equivalent to EU standards through the following measures:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Implementation of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) to secure data processing.

Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs): Use of SSL/TLS encryption, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and strict access controls for remote teams.

Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA): Regular review of the legal frameworks in the respective third countries.
